sounds like maybe your heater valve might be busted and stuck on hot.

could also be the little cable that attaches to the valve has come loose or broken.

that would be my guess too. There is a door inside your heater core that either bypasses the radiator inside of it, or sends the air through it. It's all cable operated, and works along with the heater valve. If you look behind your motor where the coolant hoses come out of the firewall, follow the one that goes towards the passenger side. A few inches away you'll see where a cable hooks up to it. Make sure the cable is fastenend on properly and have someone rotate your heat dial while you watch it. See if it moves. If it does, then listen carefully to your heater core and see if you can hear the door inside opening and closing. Let us know what you find out, we can go from there.

no the cable is not moving. but now i found a new problem when i was looking at it i seen there was water leaking on my firewall i think it might be my heater core is there a way to buypass it or to fix it.

You can bypass it fairly easily. Find where the hoses go in and out of the heater core, pull them off, insert some sort of tube that just fits into the hose ends and apply hose clamps. If you buy a flush and fill kit, they usually come with a plastic tee fitting that you could use.
