Nice and Big So you Can seeee

Here's some pics using the ebay kit. It actually provides a better ground since it all comes to the battery terminal.

firewall to block, block to intake mani
firewall to valve cover, valve cover to chassis
yea, i could do a couple more, but after a point its just overkill. a friend of mine did the same and made gains with it. but he said more than anything, it smoothed out the power curve.

looks good thanks for posting, now i know when i make my grounds where to put em. So hold on guys, can someone explain why some of those plug wires come with grounds that go to the valve cover. Does the spark plug wire send current to the plug only, or is it like a positive, negative type?

I recommend that instead of buying a ebay kit, go to a radioshack, buy some 0 guage wire, some crimping connectors, and some heat shrink tubes. You can make the wires yourself.

I always though that the reground needed to have all points touch including the negative terminal in the battery? That is how I have done it in the past with my other cars.

Anyway if you all want to do a better job you can also replace your battery terminals with custom ones that have holes for the 4/0 gauge wires.

This place here www.darvex.com sells all the supplies that you need for making your regrounding kits yourself. Just buy like 10 feet of 4 gauge wire any color you want, a couple of packages of crimps, and to go all out get the replacement battery terminals. The terminals are the most expensive things at 12.50 each, but they make a difference in neatness specially if you have a system.

I am not affiliated with this place, but I have bought plenty from them. You can always write him that Xavier sent you, and he knows who I am. best of all they take paypal, and shipping is really cheap.

The person that deals with sales is a great guy, and your stuff gets to you in no time. I will be making a regrounding for the accord, and I'll see if I make a DIY.

I still dont understand the last upgrade for the Big 3, involving the alternator. Do you add a 0-gauge wire running from the alternator to the positive side of the battery, with a fuse inline? Or do u remove the old wires, and run a 0-guage wire from the alternator to the fuse box, then to the positive side of the battery? OR do you run the wire from the alternator to ground? ahhhhh

I cut the wire going from the alternator to the fuse box and replaced it with 4ga. Then I replaced the one from the fuse box to the battery with 4ga as well.
