i dont want "loud" but i want louder then stock 1in outlet and better flow. (plus my stock one is dieing due to rust and when i replaced the piping and the muffler is now to short due to a miss hap with a sawzall)

did the dynomax sound like crap tho?

my friend had a toyota maytrix and it had a cherrybomb and it sound's bad ass!It dose not have the "ricer" sound at all,its nice and deep and just kinda hard to explain. It gives your car that sound that sounds like your engine is huge and fast. You have me a good idea now I am going to get one for my SE. I will let you know how it go's if I get it done before you.If not then vice versa.

no not glass pack at all entirely differant it is a normal muffler with better flow over stock and an more aggresive sound do to the 2.5in outlet. which is better then my 1in stock

if your exhaust is 100% stock your muffler should unbolt...if it dose not like on alot of our cars (because beople cut the flange off and weld it in.It is easiest to unbolt the downpipe from the headers and unhook all of the hangers and drop it on the ground and pull it out. That way it will be out so you can find any rust holes (if any)and weld the muffler on and get it to seal good.

I had one of the Cherrybomb Raptors on my old 87 Celica, and other than getting a little raspy at times, it was a pretty mellow sound. It was a little deeper and more mellow than stock, and absolutely nowhere near fart can loud.

I'd say for the cost, it's a fairly decent muffler for what you want.

Just be warned, I almost guarantee it's going to be a bit raspy and make a tinny hollow sounding buzz at times.

Hmm a muffler with a deep mellow sound that looks better than my rusted out OEM one? I would be in for 20-30 beans. But I don't want to waste my time if it is going to be a raspy can of angry bees. If you guys do in fact purchase one of these please post up a video. The only sound clips I could find on YouTube were civics and they sounded terribly raspy. Good luck though

I have had one for about four or so years, not too loud unless you get into the higher rpms and step on it. Was a little raspy when I first got it (only in neutral) Sound great driving it. My h23 intake is louder on wot.
