    Is this a cracked manifold?

Btw, none of those bolts came out. The top two had the heads shear off. The bottom one I cut off.

They do not appear to be cracks. You could sand down the area and see if the lines disappear or not.

I think you're good, they kinda look like water lines from the picture. A good way to tell if they are cracks would be to start the car and see if there's a hissing noise coming from the area.

I'll give those a shot. My exhaust is getting louder and louder, so I'm looking for the hole. It doesn't sound like a hiss, but it does sound louder than a hiss would be.

Good way to find the leak, is a long hose and use it like a stethoscope. (Or buy an expensive automotive stethoscope). You can pin point a small exhaust leak pretty easy that way.

The a1 manifolds are known to crack around the collector, there also will be carbon around it if it is a crack.

Those just look like casting defects.
            wat?

One the top side (the one shown here)? Or on the bottom?

Check you flex pipe. They tend to rot out.

Heres what a bad crack looks like.

Op, I don't see any cracks at all.

This is how my a1 manifold looks, I got a hairline crack myself:

That just looks like where the casting rust stops. Doesn't look like a crack at all. Guess it's time for an upgrade.

I sanded it off, and had the folks at a local meet check it out, no cracks.
I took it to a muffler shop, I guess I'm leaking through the flex pipe.

                            How much would that cost?

Looks to be alright to me. Take a sander to it and thatll ultimately determine if they are cracks or not.
