So one day my 91 accord lx decided the driver window didn't want to to roll up right... Here's what it does it will roll up a little then stop. I have to grab the window and pull up till I hear an almost cracking sound. It does this about 4 times on it way up to being fully closed. Same spot everytime... It's not rolling up crooked or anything but when I pull up on it it moves about 1/2" before it makes that cracking sound. It will not go til it cracks its awfully strange. Anyone else had this issue?

Not quite that issue, but a window that would go down, but not up. There may be damage to the rollers in the regulator assembly or dirt/junk in the tracks (is the front part of the seal bunched up at the corner by the side view mirror?) that make it sticky like that. I suggest at least removing the window, cleaning the tracks, lubricating them with graphite. Also check the looseness of the metal track of the regulator to which the window glass mounts. You might also want to remove the entire regulator assembly and clean and lubricate the roller tracks.
I replaced my regulator/motor assembly with one from a JY, the rollers on the old one were very worn and the motor appears to have quit - I'm going to open it up and try to fix it so I have a spare.90 LX 4dr 5 spd 396,014 (sold 1/1/2022) - MRT: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=201450

so..peel off the door panel and start diagnosing, otherwise

no but seriously i dont have anything that bad..yet..sounds like your shit got stripped cause the windows binding up on the tracks, unlike yours it appears on mine that the bolts holding the glass are loosening as I have a little play. but certain weather..foggy, but not raing, or crispy cold and mostly not during the summer, it binds up where it strains up or down even popping the auto switch and not moving, unless helped along... I need to use the proper grease and tackle it..
