I need help diagnosing car start / werid intermittent issues (Bouncing speedo & tach)

Hey CB7 tuner, I'm having some strange issues with my CB7!

So lately there have been times where when I'm driving, I use my turn signals and the speedometer and tachometor will start bouncing up and down. My radio shuts off, and the lights in my dash board become dim. After awhile my speedo and tach give up and stop working. I just made it home, and now I couldn't start my car at all. There are lights ands sound, but no crank on the engine.

For some reason "Distributor" popped in to mind. I thought I read something similar happens when that begins going out, but I'm unsure. Thanks for reading guys!

Edit : I jumped the service connecter, no codes were shown.

Edit 2 : Turns out the problem is most likely my charging system after all, more specifically my alternator. My battery was at 10 volts when off, and after I got a jump the battery was charging at 9V instead of 13. I'm not sure why this is, as I replaced the alternator fairly recently. Is there anything else between the alternator and battery I should be aware of?

When you try to start the car, is there rapid clicking?

No rapid clicking, just the normal clicks I would hear.

Sorry I got nothing, best I can tell you is battery is dead, try jumping it, but there could be a chance it is dead beyond jumping.

Maybe kink in some wires or not grounded properly.
I am just guessing so I would not act on these suggestions just investigate.

Hey that's straight man, I appreciate all of the help I can get. The first time this happened, I did try getting a jump start and my car booted right on up. I went home and changed 4 spark plugs on a possibly unrelated note.

So if it was jumped and started then died, I would guess something with the charging system.

I recently replaced the the alternator, and bought the battery back in 2011. Is it already time for it to be replaced?

I just had someone come over and deliver a jump, but the car still didn't start. The typical start up lights and sounds came on, but still no crank. Sheesh.

I haven't changed either since I owned the car (3 years) and I'm not aware of any date when the previous owner changed them either.
