isn't it that the normal idle for a cb7 is 750 rpm meaning below the 1000 rpm mark on the tach..correct me if i'm wrong anyone...

I have been having that erratic idle for a few long weeks now and have tried bleeding the coolant, cleaning the TB, etc. I have swapped the FITV and the IACV for supposedly good ones however I am still having the bouncing idle after the car warms up. One thing I did at the same time I swapped the IACV was removed the EGR and cleaned it with kerosene.
Today while the idle was surging, I pushed down on the EGR diaphram and my idle stopped surging. Could that be the cause? Did I mess the EGR while cleaning it?1992 Accord Coupe 5-Speed
