i notice that the little plastic part where the hood starts and the windshield end has two screws in it. and my front window does fog up lil more than usual.

should i have all tha screws in all the holes because not all of them are i wanna kno wat that piece does.

The cowl is not attached to the glass in any way, just tabs that are part of the unibody.
