u gotta realize that once u step outta the beginner forum, we all expect that if your going to ask a question, u have at least some knowledge and, of course, searched first. when u ask an open question like that, u warrant an open invitation to be flamed b/c that could of easily been found out by searching first.....and damn i just realized (I'M REALLY NICE)

dont take the flaming to heart, we've all done it at some point im sure. but to keep this from happening again, search for it. you can find out just about anything you want to on this site. these are some intelligent people.

There's a distinct difference in telling someone to search and then giving them a link to get them started and just being shitty about it. This isn't Honda-Tech, you don't get style points for being an ass.

Anyways, I think the stock wheel offsets are actually higher than offsets run on aftermarket wheels. However, that being said, most people when they run aftermarket wheels get wheels in the +40 to +45 range. You can run lower offset, but it usually requires a little work with camber and fender rolling to do properly.
