How to Install a Twin Turbo Leafblower for that Extra Grunt.
by GURU Publications.
Step 1. Go to Local Hardware store
Step 2. Buy 2 BINFORD Leaf Blowers (Arh! Arh! Arh!), A 2000W Power Inverter, 1 x 10 Metre Extension Lead and a Ice Cream Container.
Step 3. Take items home and dismantle the leafblowers and retain the turbines & housings. Retain the Shute section for a CAI setup.
Step 4. Glue them together and tape up really, really good.
Step 5. Paint them with Red Heat Resistant Paint (at least 1500*)
Step 6. Remove Intake Tubing and modify.
Step 7. Fit Twin Turbo Leaf Blower Motors to Intake Tubing - Ensure to check for Power Robbing air leaks.
Step 8. Wire up Power Inverter behind rear seat(To Save Weight and reduce Understeer)*At this point you may want to put a Kill Switch on the Invertor as you wouldn't want thieves to know of the potential power under the hood.
Step 9. Feed the Modded 10 Metre Extension Lead to Engine Bay (Cable Tie it to the Fuel Lines should suffice)
Step 10. Hard Wire the Extension Lead to the Leaf Blowers.
*For that MAD MAX Effect - Rewire the Cruise Control Button to switch the Blowers on & off when required.
Step 11. Cut a Hole in the Hood and feed the Leaf Blower Shute out of the Hole facing forward.
Step 12. Cut an old Ice Cream container in half and glue it around the Shute to act as a Air Scoop. (Paint it same color as hood for that authentic look.)
Step 13. Make Sure everything is tight and clear of obstructions.
Step 14. Don't Forget the Wideband O2 & Chipped ECU so you can re-tune for that extra power.
Step 15. Go down to the local haunt and take on a couple of dude's in there Supra's.
Step 16. Come home, Log On to CB7Tuner.com and tell us your Kill Stories.
