did you have a check engine light BEFORE you jumped it?

There are 4 slots on the plug. You need to put the paperclip/staple/wire/cotter pin/ whatever you used in the 2 BIGGEST holes.

the check engine light was on before i did plug it right but the light just stay lit idk what could be wrong it dont blink at all

So let me see if I got this right.
If I see 4 long blinks that indicates 40?
and 2 short blinks indicates 2, so my code would be 42?

yeah i think that might be for OBD0 accords- what year is your accord? Is it earlier than '92? I read that OBD0 accords have a little window on the ECU that displays error codes also.

It looks like how the ECU error codes are displayed might be a little different according to whether your obd0 (-91), obd1 (92-95), or obd2 (95+) but they all still have a service connector so its the same general procedure.

90 is obdo, 91-95 obd1, 96+ obd2

just like normal, follow aero's directions you should get it. i have 90 ex with h22a4. i do it just like that

i have a 90 accord dx and sont seem to have the blue plug ive been looking for 2 hrs and nothing i removed the glove box te see if its behind there and nothing also nothing behind the kick panel and nothing no plug any one have any idea were i can find it or possibly be i need help plz im stuck on limp mode "s" light wont go off

only blue plug i could find in mine was a male blue plug not a female like everyone else is finding and it has an orange and green wire whats up with that its a 90 auto to 5sp swap any help is needed

You need to take this part off, to be able to access the ECU under carpet:
