I get nothing at all. I even cut the plug off & just connected the wires together. but the "check engine" light just stays on
btw I have a major problem. & after reading this topic I think it might be the ECU
what my problem is...

I'm having the same problem as Night Wolf, I get no code with a solid light, jumping it doesn't do anything and pulling fuses & battery do nothing. should I get a new ECU ?

well I figured out why my engine light was on, turns out when i did the dash light conversion to LED's, the LED I used creates my engine light to stay on, and when I try and throw a code it gets slightly brighter if you look real close, so I thought it wasn't doing anything, I replaced it with the original bulb and now my engine light goes out and I have no codes causing me problems. good thing it didn't end up being a bad ECU.

maybe a billion in a junkyard somewhere but not where I live, being from a small town nowhere near a big city makes it hard to find parts.Originally posted by slammed4thgenyeah thats good
