    dbales : 1992 Accord LX

My mom paid $2000 for it.

I paid around $50 for it (price of an upconvert DVD player), and yes you read that right. And no I didn't jip her because I got it like this:

My original plan was to turn this into my daily driver while I parked my 1993 Isuzu Pickup to basically turn it into a minitruck project, until this happened:

So with my truck totaled I rushed to get this car back on the road, skipping a few minor things (i.e. – full core support swap, mismatched 90-91 driver headlight and 92-93 pass. headlight) because I needed a daily driver. So this is how the car looks as of now:

This is the latest set of pic (from last summer/fall) I have of the car at the moment. Newer ones to come soon.

Of course this is work in progress, and please don’t flame me for my choice in future plans for it. J

    Engine
    F22a1
Off-brand short ram intake and filter
    A/C delete
    Cruise control delete

    Exterior
    Primered hood
    Ebay black-housed corners

    Interior
    Civic shift knob and boot

    Audio
    Sony head unit
    Sony 6.5” door/rear deck speakers
MTX 4202 Thunder Series 2 channel amp
    Power Acoustik 10” sub
Truck style sub box behind front seats (ghetto, but it works)

    Suspension/Wheels
    All stock on 14” steelies

    Future Plans
I don't know. I change my mind just about daily.

Here's some of the progress pics on the reconstruction:

At first I just replaced the passenger side core support. I've since replaced the entire core support, but I don't have any pics of that.

I've been around the forum for a while. Just never got around to making a MRT. I guess some maybe would flame for some of the future plans I have for it, being more minitruck oriented.
