I just did this on the sedan, and replaced the lower ball joints on both cars.

i managed to last 2 years on ripped boots, they started to clunk and eventually pop out without clicking, so i wouldnt chance it ahha.

I guess I'll change them out soon then. I heard a single click a few months ago when taking an on-ramp like Fangio. I removed the front wheels and found open boots, but my mechanic said not to worry.

i notice whenever I go up ramps the first thing to scrape is the skirt. I dont feel the skirts would survive that kind of daily abuse, being fiberglass and all. I'll put the chargespeed skirts on one day maybe, but I'll throw it on if I ever get my car painted lol.
