haha unfotunately that intercooler is too big for my bumper so i traded it with half the size with 91accordr33ex3

heres some updates on my turbo project, i got everything ready to install except the WIDEBAND.









anybody know if this is normal? i put the metal piece O RING between and it has that gap?

wow. thats not normal at all.. it seems as though that metal o ring needs to be ground to fit a lil better,, that really looks like it will leak.

or maybe i can just take it out? it came with a flange that sits flush to it but doesnt sit flush on my manifold
