Girl Trouble (yes another one)

I had a similar experiance as Accord22. I dated my girlfriend in high school then she went half way across the state to college, she was there a week and a half maybe two weeks and she said I was smothering her and it would be easier on her if we took a break, she told me this at 9am while I was at work. So I tried talking to her for another month and finally just gave up, we were apart about 5 months and she decided she wanted to get back together. We have been together ever since and everything is better than ever. She says she realized she wouldnt find someone as good as me and she admitted her new friends pressured her to break up with me, ironically her friends liked me when we met . My advice is let her go, if she realizes what she had she will come back.

Women, especially young ones, are bitches. Not saying guys aren't assholes, but it seems like the world is turning around and more males than females are wanting to settle and have serious relationships nowadays.

Have a talk with her, tell her exactly how you feel and ask if she wants to do something about it. If she even hesitates, or asks for ''time to think about it", end it. At that point, it hardly ever gets better. She shouldn't really have to "think about it" if she really loved you like she says she does.

Honestly, you're better off alone at this age.

I was at this point last year and I'm STILL dealing with her. Trust me, end it. Trying to make it work does NOT work.

I'm sorry to say but this happen all the time.....you are experiencing the good guy syndrome. Its seems like you are nice guy and try to be the best boyfriend you can but her actions shows that she is not infatuated with what she once was(which in normal).

I experienced this also when I was really young which broke my heart but I got over it and changed my persona..I'm still a nice guy but also an asshole(it gives a mysterious edge). Just give her the space she wants and see how this plays out. If she is really in love with you she will come around when she stop getting the calls and texts. If she doesnt that means that both of your hearts are not in the same place and its times to move on. At your age, this is where life begins bro not where it ends.

yea thanks guys you are dead on. Im try so hard with taking her places movies shows beach and i pay for her. Alot of the times with money i dont have. I guess she is taking me for granted since i told her that im out and done since she has changed and became a new person. It just sucks casue i do love her (well the old her).
