I've always seen the internet as an easy and legal way to access information.
IMO if you put/post something online, you legally agree that everyone in the world has the right to access it.

Facebook, Myspace, Youtube etc are all classic cases of this, and as has been proven over the years helps to fight crime.

Bringing the family into this is a Yes and No type of situation.
If the familys information was online, fair game.
If the familys information was found offline via private investigation - then there is a line that has been stepped over.

People connected to the internet need to realize what the www really is, what it can do, and how to not act stupid.

I do understand what you guys are saying, and it actually makes me feel good to see that we DO have people on here that feel so strongly about showing respect (and expect that much of this forum in general). I'm arguing against you guys, even though your disapproval has truly increased my respect for you. I apologize if my actions here have cost me some of your respect.
