              i would think if its a free to join form like this...the person who excepted the challenge would have to pay but also have to have signed permission from deev to put the rep on the line.

              but if its a pay to join form/carclub then the leader/owner would have to choose who to put in the "ring" as long as hes up to it and the owner would but up the money..

                  27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit
