I work at PING in phoenix but I've never picked up a golf club lol. They loan out some clubs so maybe i should give it a shot. In the first two weeks there i already know how to build everything they sell including the brand new stuff not even released to the public yet. Im only an intern there but I've learned a ton already its a cool job

Yea I have a fast swing speed but sometimes I tend to slice the ball instead of fading it and it goes everywhere but the fairway lol

I really like the r9 super tri it's simple to use and feels great.. I tried the r11and it looks and feels great but the thing about it is that you need to get fitted for it that way you can get the most out of it .. If you get the r11 I suggest buying it the day there is a Taylormade rep there doing the presentation so he can give you the right setting to give you that added distance

case in point: just pulled the trigger for a callaway ft-iz. hopefully it would be an upgrade from my big bertha 460

my swing speed is around mid 90's what is yours? 200?

I played for the first time ever last weekend. There was 4 of us on one team with 3 teams total. Playing best ball we shot 14 over on a Par 71. The other two teams were even...oops.

You know it's bad when the other members in my group were playing with their wedges and I was pulling out my (borrowed) 1 iron.

Played today with my dad.....horrible...horrible round....I was hung over like a fucker and couldnt swing properly to save my life....had one good hole....got a birdie outta it....I pretty much gave up after 6 holes tho.....it was so bad I didnt even add up the score....which really wouldnt have been indicative of the round anyways as on like 5 holes I just said fuck it and walked it out haha

In my bag is taylor made R5 driver
Taylor made v steel 3 and 5 woods
                  Titlest Forged 804 OS irons
                  No name 56 degree wedge

Clubs are a few years old but I love the irons....probably could go with a new driver but meh the r5 works for what I need it to do.

I drive around 230-260....I know 30 yards is a bit of a discrepancy but I hit it like 230-240 most often....but for some reason a couple times a round I can get the perfect swing and add on another 20 yards to the drive.

No idea on the handicap...but I usually hit mid to high 80s.

I really have to start working on my short game....The last few years Ive spent focusing on getting my drives/iron shots to go straight and where I want them to go....and have a much better handle on it.

but my short game needs help....If I could get a bit more consistent with my wedges and chipping I could shave off 3-4 strokes a round.
