    89 Acura Legend 840km

How much would you pay for a brand new 1989 Acura Legend with less than 1,000 kilometers on it? I wouldn't pay $15,000 but someone did (I think). Check this out. How often do we see a brand new car for sale today that was built 23 years ago?

It's a rare car with full trim and the optional v6. Most likely someone knew they could resell it later and stored it. I would be scared of the aged seals that have little use falling apart in the first month of actual driving. Most likely it was sold to a Honda collector and he will also store it.

I wish we could retrofit the rear quarter windows into our cb7 chassis. It would be cool to be able to roll them down instead of just pop them out.

Optional V6? What other engine could you get in the Legend?

It'd be pretty cool to have a piece of history literally brand new, not restored. Not $15,000 cool... but cool. The sad thing is, you really can't drive it. A few years of moderate driving, and it's just another Legend on the road... albeit a good one.

I was under the impression they made an L4? I am mistaken though.

            V6 all the way.
Even the 2.0L offered in other markets was a V6 (and it also came in a turbo variety :bouny: )

Yeah and that's not even a top end LS either

              It's still cool though

I'm moving to Alberta! Damn, 92km is pretty sweet. I need to start making some good money and build a little collection of cars. I wouldn't want either one of these though, because my collection needs to be drivable!

15K, legend, naaa. If I had a sweet spot for the car I would. That is some crazy low milage though. How much would ya pay for a cb7 your choice with that low of km?

The 50k price tag is outrageous. That car wasn't even near that brand new.

Legend was just the luxury version of the Legend lol. It was badge engineered for the US market. The Vigor would be the 'luxury' version of the 92-93 Accords assuming you didn't cheap out and get the LS version like my parents are driving. The Vigor is very similar when it comes to the chassis & size but unfortunately that's where the similarities end.

I was looking at a 93 Legend over the 90 Accord when I was looking to buy the car. I dont regret the decision at all, love the car. Would have liked power windows/doors though :/

That's like saying the s2000 is the sporty version of the odyssey

IMO the Odyssey is already one hell of a sporty vehicle, especially on the 2012 models with the optional flushmount.

When I see one of those zip by me I have to look twice to make sure it isn't an NSX.
