    Exhaust poisoning

Is there any way to hasten it's dissipation? I know it's measured in PPM in your
blood, but I know of no practical way to make it leave faster. I have a lingering
    headache.
    MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

Lots of DIY videos specifically for our car

Get some awesome wipers! <-- It's a DIY

Lots of fresh air, carbon monoxide has a half life of 3-4 or perhaps even 5 hours, so it's best to relax in some good fresh air while you wait for your death gas to pass.
    That could be inferred differently..
Also, according to the wiki link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_monoxide#Toxicity

anything round 667 PPM or above can easily kill. Do you have an exhaust leak or what?

I have no exhaust. My motor mounts were bad, so I have a leak before the cat,
a pin hole leak next to the resonator, and no muffler at all.
I ordered a new one, but it won't be here till Monday. I need my car, and on
      MWF I do 100 miles a day.
Usually if I'm moving I'm ok, but today a oil tanker tipped over on the highway
and turned a 15 minute commute into 1.5 hours.

I would suggest addressing your exhaust leaks immediately, and if you are stuck in a traffic jam, roll your windows down, or if it's raining, put your heater or air conditioning on fresh air, not recirc.

take a shower. the air is cleanest in there since the water collects all the dust and stuff.

            Good point, that sounds logical.

I ordered one. I can't do much but wait.
Well, I take that back. I always have duct tape

                But what about the mold
It's starting to go away. I think I got home just in time to get out of the car.

I had thought about those because EMS uses them when someone ODs. But, I have no idea where to get them.

as an EMT we use activated charcoal for some types of poisonings but that stuff you just add to water and drink, ive never heard of limestone being used as a filtering agent.

is this an air purifying thing or water?

EDIT you can get activated charcoal capsules at right aid or whatever. but i dont know how that would help since its in your blood not your stomach.

Keep your windows down, and your air on recirc.
                      And fix the problem.

Wouldn't having the air on recirculate be bad?
My logic: The exhaust is leaking under the car, and seeping into the cabin.
If I put it to fresh air, it will suck in from the top of the hood, and the positive pressure will force stale air out the vent in the trunk.

I did briefly put my windows down and crank the heat to offset it, but then I finally started moving and put them back up.

Carbon monoxide is heavier than air, so in theory it should fall, also, your exhaust is under the car, and with all that wind pressure, it shouldn't go upwards to much while at speed. When parked, the recirc should do better than nothing at all.
