And pickup trucks driving around without anything being in the bed since it rolled off the lot. Most of those people must be in debt you can't believe. That must be the price of an ego.

When someone is showing me their new vehicle and telling me everything it's equip with I let them finish and say, "everything but a clear title." And depending on their response I sometimes add "it's awful nice of your bank to let you drive this thing."

It's crazy the culture we live in. A buddy of mine makes well over 100k a year and he drives a salvage titled 2006 Civic Si, and also a mint 2001 S2K. He's a tightwad with money and paid cash for both of them.
