I also once beat a stupid 3 series bmw, like 2000.. they are pretty slow (auto econo 3 series)

Why? cause your car isn't as fast? Maybe they couldn't drive or something. Those cars I raced aren't really that fast. They all run in the 15-18 range at the track. I ran a 16.7 at 84 shifting really really slow to save my tranny until I can get my h22 swap started. So please tell me why I'm so full of shit.

90 stang gt was a vert with over 200+ miles. heavy and slow with a tired motor. maybe he was playing around.

so you're telling me you've never pulled on or beat a 97 bodystyle NON turbo eclipse??? maybe there faster in your area but where I live there slow as hell. Generally they run 16-18 here in Fayetteville NC.

rsx WASN'T a type-s but regular one with 4 people in the car. I started behind him from a 60 roll and ended up pulling a nose around 100-110. If he didn't have 4 people in the car I'm sure he would have left me. Haven't had a chance to race him since.

Cougar had 30 day tags. Its possible it was his 1st 5 speed car. I got a better launch and held it all the way to 70. I hate speeding on post as the MP's dont play over here. Its possible he was catching up but I shut down early. The cougars and contours I've driven pull a bit harder than my accord so I dont know what the deal was with this race. Suprised the crap out of me.
