So I had this long ass reply but I guess my itouch dropped the connection. Oh well.
So car in oncoming lane swerved to miss someone else and clipped my front end... Errr comer light and fender. Ripped the corner light off and stripped the connections off.
Answers......No INS for either of us, he called the police, got arrested. Police are investigating the cash to find out who is at fault, I have a witness to it all and he said he would vouch for me so we shall see how everthing falls.
Damage? Need a new fender, headlight assembly (as the corner light bracket s attachedto the headlight) and I will need a new bumper cover. I am back to the EX rims. Oh well shit happens right? Time to fix her up.....3 CB's gone....

Yes, I have no insurance. I did but it lapsed and I just never got around to renewing it. My loss.
As for why he was arrested? No clue, the cop came over, took my info and asked me what happened, went back to his car, ran my stuff and came back. Then went over to the other dude and took his info and story and next thing I know the officer walks over too him, hands him his stuff and then puts him in cuffs.
