all i can say is man this thing is awesome, and this Vtwin has alot of compression.. w00t pics up tomorow.

90+ mile trip, doing 80 the whole way..

Yup, that's the nature of the 90 degree twin....lots of torque and a nice linear power band. That's why I love my SV.

I dont know if i said anything here, but On my way home from Clackamas, i was doing like 80 the whole way.. I had stopped to get gas right before i left, and stuck my wallet in my coat pocket. I picked up 2 other riders on the way home and we rode together. Well 30 miles from home, one guy rides up next to me and points down.. Im confused as heck... Im like wtF? and i ignore him and keep riding..

Get home and notice my wallet flew out of my pocket sucky.. went back and found everything but my wallet, and my Debit card was cracked in half..

Woot my speedo works again..... it a lot harder to replace the VSS, then those damn threads made it out to be.

I just replaced it on the wagon, it's not that hard you big whiner.

the shift linkage is directly over the unit

It's not hard to get it out of the way. 3 bolts and a few cotter pins.
