ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    S2000 Cluster

My sister was just in a wreck in her s2k. Not her fault cause some want to be gangster in his jank ass impala with 39in rims ran a red light and hit her front quarter Panel...Bad news the block got cracked in half and it broke the bell housing free from the motor so its completely totaled out.Great news, she is letting me have the seats and gauge cluster the shift knob and one or two other tid bits I can get off the car. This bring me to my question who know how to wire up our car to the s2k cluster. I don't know if its possible since this just happened a few days ago but does anyone have any info if this stuff will work. I already know the seats will work once I custom make the rails.

I think onebadaccord or something like that had one in his but no one made a diy. My guess will be to get the wireing diagram for yours and the s2k and go from there

oneoffaccord had the s2k cluster, there isn't a DIY written on it because I believe he wanted to be the only one with it, so I would assume you're on your own trying to figure it out lol. Good luck with it and the RWD thing.

you would be the second person to attempt a rwd accord. Someone on the forum is making one right now but i forgot his name.

Are you sure you're not thinking of the guy who made a RWD 3G hatch...?

The cluster has been done before, I wanna say more than once, but it was rather difficult. The seats have been done as well.

almost jdm is the one doing the rwd rb swap..but its easy to swap any cluster in..when u take out the s2k cluster cut the wires aka pigtails long so u have wire...get the s2k stock wire diagram for it.then get the cb diagram and just match the wires.they wont be the same colors so u have to match the names of what they go to.for example lets say the

cb cluster rpm wire is blue and the s2k rpm wire is green. just splice them together.same for every other wire.

                      my new turbo build

I hope you know you can't pull anything from the car unless your sister buys back the salvage.

Is she planning on doing that?

I hope you guys realize it's not just a matter of splicing wires together. If this was the case everyone would be doing it!

The S2K cluster and some newer hondas use a newer digital signal for some of the "basic" read outs. Simply splicing wires together will give you the wrong reading or no reading at all.... especially for the RPM/SPEEDO meter which you will need a speedohealer conversion box. This holds true for a RSX cluster as well coming from another forum member.
I need a custom turbo manifold built....

Not the focus of the topic, I know... but someone - not on here - did a V8/RWD-swapped CB coupe a long time ago. At least for me, the three pics are in the top row here.
