If your going to copy another cars tail lights, do it 100%. As you can see the altezza lights only have that on outer part, and not that red circle tahts separet fro mthe other cluster. Now if someone does the aletzza taht way then it would look nice, any other way jsut looks crappy. Also, make sure u have a good paint job with them since those lights are shiny. Lastly, our cars are square in design, and a round piece on it wouldnt flow right, now if you round somethings on the cb ($$$) then it woukld be cool. IMO

To be honest, I think altezza lights look nice on a cb7 if u have a white or black car. If you have a white car, the clear ones look nice...the GEN2's... or if u have a black car the carbon fiber GEN2's. The GEN 2's were the ones that came after the first ones. The GEN1's had the small outter red circle while the GEN2's made it equal size.... I can't find a picture at the moment but the ones on e-bay right now to me are the hideous versions. You can speak opinions all you want but there are still many instances where something is just out of place. Our Accords are mainly boxy by design. There are not too many rounded edges or circular aspects of our cars, end of story. Putting on taillights that incorporate big round lenses and other crap like that destroys the look of the car. They stand out more. Take for instance colors. If someone is rocking blue and orange(just picked those because they are complimentary colors) and then they throw on a purple baseball cap, it's going to be an eyesore. They may like that eyesore, but an eyesore it remains. Basically the point I'm trying to get across is your taste is what it is or what you make it. Nice styling elements, beauty, color coordination, etc etc etc are all in the eye of the beholder. Some people like the styling contrast of the round elements on a square car. Some people like the "bling" of the chrome surround reflecting against a dark canvas (the car). Some people paint their house orange and purple. I have seen many crazy combos that were pulled off right, defy belief by looking good.
Some guys like fat girls, some do not, some don't care at all whether she is fat or skinny. As long as the person doing it is happy, or at least trying to be happy, I am good.
Everyone else should be too. If you don't like Altezzas, then don't put them on your car. Seems pretty simple to me.Comment

they just don't look good. all the round circle bullshit everywhere...fucking spaceship lights don't go with the flow of our car. the only car they ever looked good on was the altezza/is300...and even that's pushing it. mazda 6 is alright...altima is kinna lame....in short, they're pretty much awful and it would take a lot of other things accompanying the car style-wise to have it flow, like a body kit, but the tails standing alone look horrid and out of place. no this is not an opinion. it's a fact.
last time i checked, i don't fly a spaceship, so no altezzas for me, thanks.
EDIT: R33cb7 above me is a good example of a good flow. but if i had them on my car, the way it's oem styled, it would be raping the car.
i mean...most people only end up seeing my taillights anyway...so i want them to look good.

actually what pisses me off are the "carbon" housing ones...fake carbon is *** and pointless and it never looks real. if they had some real carbon housing...then it wouldn't be nearly as ricy. i mean, you don't see people buying big carbon print stickers and slapping them on their hood...Comment

i'd like it if it were real, fake carbon has no purpose. carbon's only purpose is to be light and rigid when needed...not because it has a cool look. i love the look, but anything i'd get would have to be real. cause only real carbon has the depth to it under light. fake always looks fake. do they i don't see carbon motif tour de france bikes. carbon housing tails would be pretty useless, but it would at least be real. since the only reason people get carbon motif is for the look anyway.Comment
