ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

ohhh who fucking called it on the .2 of a second motha fuckas. shit all yall were wrong. You might say oh he can break 14's with taht 15.2 time, but he ran 15.6 as well. but i sooo called it!

dude, lol. Calm down. I ran a 15.6 my first time ever on a track. Then ran a 15.2 another run. Did I mention how terrible the conditions were? 14.8/14.9 on a better day. Also watch the vid and listen to the shifts. I hella shortshifted 2nd and 3rd.

your 60 ft times were pretty good though. dint look to bad traction wise. ive never been able to get lower than 2.2 but that was in a mustang...

i mean, i dont doubt a lucky run will get you in the 14's but iit wont be consistent... its still cool man, im just trying to say tahts what it will do.

haha, you call anything above a 2.0 good? Thats TERRIBLE!!

Learn how to feather the clutch, get an alignment, warm up your tires before runs, and get a better suspension. That is the way to get lower 60'ers.

I wanna race that H22 crx. He was there at the races. With nitrous I'm expecting to be low 14s. If I ever get a chance to finish this project I'm goin with portnpolish, intake mani, chipped P06, and maybe pistons to bump some compression. 10:1 or 11:1. That'd make a huge difference. Also I need to stop short shifting!!!! Oh well. Maybe on a better day with less humidity and warmer/stickyer track it'll run 14.8 or 14.9.

Something doesnt seem right with your times...the previous owner of my prelude banged out a 15.7 with only exhaust and intake on an f22a1...now the prelude ecu is better but still..Did you have bad traction?

Very Nice! Ride looks great. But i gotta say that was the cleanest Motor and Engine Bay before the swap I have ever seen. But i would sacrifice that for more power. Hell I would sacrifice my left nut for more horsepower if it came down to that.

Ya man, I had really bad traction. It was a bad day to go to the track seeing as it had rained the night before and was cloudy most of the day.
As for the old engine bay being clean, that was due to me being a clean freak about it, and I somtimes miss the days of the ol' reliable but ya, you gotta give up some to get some.

when you race again at the track with good conditions be sure to shift at 5800 rpms..thats when the f22 has top power. you'll cut some time off from that. but nice swap

Yup, thats what I was planing. I had the shift light at 5500rpm and I don't remember ever seeing it. First time is always hard. I wanna get back up there.
