I love this car to def but it becoming a pain. my driver sid passenger door wont open, me and my dad took off the panel to get the linkage played wit that for a few minutes he tryed forcing it wile i held the handle but no luck its like its welded shut. does any body have any ideas.

dont mean to get on your nerves but how if the door is closed we took damn there every thing off

If you've got everything off, you just have to keep messing with the linkage. Make sure it's all hooked up; none of the ends flopping around loose, make sure the lock mechanism is connected and in the unlocked position. If you can't figure it out, find someone with a little more mechanical experience to help, or alternatively, put it in the shop.

hahaha, I know the problem. see this a lot at work. tell your dad to do this, take the panels apart, he has to drill through the door latch where the release is on the latch. basically, the door latch is fucked up. If you guys don't know where to drill, I recommend to take it to Honda dealer, because we know where exactly to drill. because if you fuck up, then it's gonna be really hard to drill another spot.

Drill? Good god -.- I dont think i have ever seen anyone drill into the door frame before for linkage problems.. you should be able to stuff your hand in there.. i did :P

you will have to break the latch off and replace it with a new. kind of a pain in the ass but i have helped a friend fix his door.
