Found some RSX black leather seats!

I recently came across some new seats for my CB7, Instead of some knockoff racing seats, I figured these would be WAY better. Not to mention my current ones are starting to tear a bit.

I like the Driver height adjustment and the lever seat tilting mechanism instead of twisting the knob. There's also a lumbar adjustment lever too! Plus they're REAL leather! So excited to put them on....all I have to do is get the stock RSX brackets off the rails and then weld some custom ones bent to fit my CB7 locations...shouldn't be too hard.

    But here's the pictures!

^^^mmm black perforated leather...should be easier on me when summer comes back around

      looks good!

You will love the look of the seat... But the 06 rsx seats are way more comfortable.

      Trust me! lol

Lucky... Almost never see them with the airbag/cover on the side of the upright part.

yeah i know, I was hoping to find some of those but the only places they had them were on Ebay for 900 dollars or some rediculous amount. No one locally had em. Could've had S2K seats for 400 but I like the RSX's more...cleaner I think.

Yeah even has the BOSE amp under the P/S seat haha...I'm prob. taking that out, since it adds weight and I might need the space for something.

ok well I ran into a slight issue. I need to take the seat buckle out b/c the RSX buckles are smaller than the CB7 ones, but there's all these WARNING signs about the disassembly of the airbag components.

I'm ok as long as I don't have an electrical charge right?

hmmm well I was thinking I could sell them on an Acura forum for some money to recoup partial cost of the seats, so I want to try and keep them all intact.

Also, you think it would be beneficial to remove them as a means to reduce the weight of the seats? Don't they weigh around 5-6 lbs per airbag?

And how did you get the seats to mount to the car? get rid of the RSX brackets on the rails and simply welded some steel brackets? Or did you follow a DIY somewhere?
