    Spark Plug Cover.

Anyone interested in one of these. I think they'll end up being carbon fiber because they'll be too expensive to make out of aluminum.

If enough people actually want one I can afford to make them out of aluminum. If there are just a few I'll just make carbon ones.

    Wow, that's pretty tits.

If I had a motor that had a spark plug cover I'd totally get one lol.

What if they were made out of steel or plastic? Not everyone is going to want carbon fiber. I know i wouldn't.

It does look very nice though, if i had an h22a i would have to have that.

If the price is right I would and if it was clear I would be all over it.

you cant just rock em with regular matrix tho. the heat from the engine on the VC will break the bond and crystallize the resin

Well here's the deal, if it's machined, whether it be aluminum, steel, or plastic, it will cost about the same. This would be a pain in the ass to do the CAM work and I can assume it will cost around 200 just in machine work. If i can get enough orders say 10, it would only cost about 300 to machine the 10, taking the cost dramatically down to 30 for just the machining. Plus another 40 in aluminum stock each. Now if I made them by hand they would cost me about 40 in materials to make it myself keeping the cost down, but I can only make them out of carbon fiber or fiberglass. Technically I can have it made out of anything, but I'm trying to keep the cost down so people can actually afford them.

Am sure it would be easy to find at least 20 people or more, not to mention the other accords (5gen&6gen) accords with swaps. If they cost around 40-60, for a high quality aluminum piece like the accord one you show, you wont have a hard time finding buyers.

I still need to finish the prints, but I know they will cost 48 dollars in material each, that doesn't include paint. Just raw aluminum. Once I get a proper quote I'll let you guys know further on each different material.

You don't need an H to run these, just some boss stance... Coming summer of 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dg9qU...eature=related

I have a carbon fiber spark plug cover right now, I'd pay for an alluminum one that said Accord though, cool idea!
