Plz do not use this type of bar. They are unsafe and in an accident and will snap.
Save your money and buy an actual cage setup or a roll bar with harness bar. Chromoly roll bars or cages are best. Chromoly is light yet very strong.Last edited by Darkcloud; 02-17-2012, 02:20 AM.

Again dont buy these bars if you daily drive your car, in an accident the nrg, sparco and nameless b pillar will break or bend in a collision causing more harm.Originally posted by nate'sCB7 View PostI personally have no experience with them but NRG makes a harness bar for a CD5.
Take some measurments and see if it fits, and it may.
I encourage true DOM or Chromoly material to be used.

Joey Lee's old CB, for fitment/image reference:

Looks kinda small for my taste. At least too low to not be an issue with taller people in a roll-over. Not that your A-pillars couldn't easily collapse and render this roll bar potentially useless to front-seat occupants anyway.Last edited by CyborgGT; 02-20-2012, 01:21 AM.
