Door panel part?

Re-doing my door fabric, adding LED switches and puddle lights, etc. Looking good but for the passenger door does anyone know where this part goes? I can't remember and google images is not helping. Thanks!

Sure that's not the anchor for the upper/forward end of the arm rest on the driver door? I just looked at a loose passenger (sedan) door panel and didn't see that bracket.

Yeah, it clamps the upper/front end of the arm rest to the door panel, between the white circles at about 10:00.
