well i already have a kit sitting under my bed, but thanks anyway......i live in florida...ive seen some that cops dont pull over but there are some that are just a$$ holes. so i guess its by luck.

What about in Texas? I see a lot of Trucks driving around with neons on and neons in their grill. I dunno if this is legal or not. IF so i mgiht wanna get White neons for my Accord.

why dont you just shut them off on roads, or busy roads, or ask a cop

You can have it on the car, but not while on streets or in motion. so in parking lots you can have them on with no probs.

In MA its illegal to have them on your car at all.

I've got 2 10" purple ones under my front bumper and I"ve had them on before and not had any issues, but they're not very bright either.

Personally, I think they're cool, but that's just me
