    Piston Recommendation

Ok so Very Close the starting My build finally was able to source all my H22a4 parts toghter, and came across a bit of a delema,I'm not quit sure what pistons to throw into my Block? I Have Eagle H Beam Rods and would like to keep the Comp at 11:1 (type S comp) and was Leaning towards some Nippon Racing Pistons of Ebay $215shp but idk? Any Suggestions on what might work better

    Thnx in advance

    Might be the same

I think Nippon makes the type S pistons...

So they may be the same thing.

Though I am always skeptical of buying off of ebay.

            too much compression

that is too much compression for what he is asking for.

After install the mahle are almost 12:1 compression. They also cost significantly more than $200

Whatever you get make sure they are compatible with FRM cylinders. Mahle's are the only ones aftermarket I know of. Unless your getting your block sleeved, then you have more choices.

                Forged

you are assuming he is going with forged pistons.

Both of the ones listed are OEM manufactures.

Is there a reason why you have to keep it at 11:1 or below? I mean if you're gonna pay that much for piston replacements, unless you can do the work yourself; you might as well get as much power gains as possible.
