Details, yes!!! Subtle and sweet is what I am going for. I see lots of people with Blacked out headlamps and no one that carries it down to their bumper lights and fogs. I am doing it ass backwards. The Fogs recieved "lots" of love. Plastic bumper lights are a PITA and are going to have to be redone.

I think the legit way of doing these lights is not with heat, but with two separate sets and a grinder with a cut off wheel. Basically the idea is on one pair, to cut the housings to spare the lenses and the other set is sacrifice the lenses to spare the housings. Looks like I am ordering 2 more sets.

I went to the snow last weekend. Since it's the first real snow we have had around here, I needed to get some snow boarding in.






Got some goodies in today. Took some pics with both sets of JDM's. The 92/93 are waaaaaay cleaner than the 90/91's that came in today. Still stoked though. Time to save up for some Morimoto retrofits.

Thanks bro, but your one piece retrofits are soooo minty. I picked up the 92/93's before I knew better. I tried mounting them, but ended up dissatisfied with the gaps. They would look good only if I had a G-Square grill to with them. They just happen to be so immaculate that it's hard for me to let go. They are so clean that there is no need for me to take any sort of loss on them. I know they are worth more than what I put into them, and I am in no rush to let them go.

Retrofit's, Yes. If my 90/91's were as clean as yours are, I wouldn't dare crack em open. However because they are not, I think I am going to go ahead with a Morimoto Retrofit. Black housed with the CFL rings behind the shrouds. Like DJ Hizzle. My Theme for the front end is all Blacked out housings. Fogs and Turn signals are already black housed. I might retrofit some fogs when I do the one piecers.

I was thinkin' about retrofitting my BB6 fogs, but not any time soon.
My fogs have flat transparent lenses..so the projector's cut off would be visible and crisp. Don't the OEM 90-91 fogs have textured lenses? I think they might obscure the preciseness of the projectors.

Well I have one spare fog to play around with. I'll attempt anything like that with those first. If it ends up looking good than I will proceed to do a legitimate DIY. I'm sure that yours will work better because of the smooth lens.

Thanks bro. I think I will throw them on for the Heather Farms meet. I am not going to open them up until I get my morimoto retrofit kit first. Clear vinyl protectors are a must as well. My grill hasn't seen that many miles and it's already showing signs of punishment.
