but dude for real though. my knees crak everytime i crouch down. its horrible. my doctor is stupid. she's like

i can go run 5 miles right now in 30 minutes, i graduated from a Fire academy where we wrked out every day, and i dragged big ass 6'2" Kvarme in full gear on air. my legs are fine.

Wii is to much work , not enough reward....if I wanted to work out id go to the gym or play ps3 well walking on the treadmill.

My knees already crack when I bend down I have the back of an old man too. Slipped disc, pinched nerve and one bone is missing. And thanks! Yea at the police station they made me carry a 200 pound dude I hated it.

And I am getting over the whole video game thing now. But that's pretty bad ass, all the old skew ish! And hell yea PS3 ftw!
