          no, they are actually chrome plated. i was going to get polished and do a 2 tone polish/powdercoat thing, but then i went with my roots and chrome it was.

          the polished alone would have been to much upkeep. later.

                              i'll post up some more pics maybe tonight. i'm waxing the car at the moment, but i should be done in a few hours. if i can't get any day shots today, i'll get some tomorrow. none the less, night shots will def be in effect, lol.

                              sure i get tire wear.

                              you usually only wetsand if you have orange peel.

                              the clay bar is abrasive, but it's not abrasive to your paint if used properly. that's why it comes with a spray lubricant (instant detailer). the lube allows the clay to hydroplane across the paint without marring it. it wears away contaminates embedded in your paint that in turn become suspended in the clay.

                              as you can see, claying is for contaminate removal, while wet sanding is for defect removal. later.
