here is a pic of a small item i bought a few days ago. it costs about $11. it's kind of hard to tell by the pic, but it's polished. i used only billet polish to make it shine because i didn't want to wear away the delicate cladding. the cladding uses a similar process to chrome plating. if i were to polish long enough, i would have worn through to the copper layer. it looks a lot like polished aluminum (hard to tell in a dark garage). i'll take more pics in the day when i update interior pics.
