thanx man. learn from me tho.... NEVER use sleeve coilovers, even if its for a good lookin drop. probably the worst decision ive ever made. oh well... new spings coming, as soon and the other items on my wish list are out of the way. i just hope i can get the same look.

really! most ppl i know have adj. coilovers w/ the sleeve & they've had no probs. i just bought some Skunk2's myself. what probs did u have?

quite a number of probs...
- super small spring = high spring rate = super bouncy
- no pre-load on springs so they can move freely hen the no wieght on them
- annoying sweaky noises cuz spring doesnt stay put!

yeah... i no like, but i hope yours turns out better than mine did

im hoping to move up to some full coilovers soon. i have the combo i got now. i love the drop but the ride sucks. Tenzo R springs in the front and, what i was TOLD, Dropzone coilover sleeves and springs in the back

when i get some extra cash im just gonna throw some H&R or neuspeed race springs on to see if i can get the same drop, but minus the ghetto sleeve action. and if i like the look and feel then im not worrying about true coilovers till i have money to burn. i gots other priorities like H and 5spd!! lol, but yeah yur drop looks super clean. but thats interesting that yur runnin two different types of springs. hurry and get some coilovers!

i just got some Tien's from my friend and fellow UGS member. they're for a BB^ but the front suspension works. just had to change the top hats in the front. but the rear wont work tho. the strut body is too long. ill have a hot rod look if i do it. lol.

neeeds some serious work, and ive already got myself knee deep in this project for the past week. and went to the junk yard for some nessecary goods over the weekend...

H22A swap
H&R lowering springs
koni yellow shocks ???
17 x 7.5 RH C2 Evos
DC Header
euro tail lights

Needs:
New fast idle valve
New Vtec oil pressure switch
correct vtec oil pressure switch wiring
correct vtec solenoid wiring
new Clutch and Flywheel
Lower control arm (driverside)
new axles (driver and passenger) *replaced*
all new motor mounts
all front panels (hood, bumper, fenders)
minor body work
lots of TLC and smog certifacate

Cool 92-96 preludes are pure sex lol my cb is auto and I've been thinking about swaping an h22 in my cb or trading/sale it and get a stick prelude...

Umm...KEEP it...and just swap it.

OR...

get a H22a w/ Auto trans if you dont feel like doing the 5spd conversion.

but by all means...keep the CB

The 5spd conversion is the only reason why I want the swap but I like them both...prelude and cb7 you dont like preludes?

if the f22 in yur cb is still good then i would definatly keep it, and at least just do a 5spd conversion in it. then get a h22 5spd prelude like mine!!!
