And the F20B is risky business... you might get stuck with a "shitty" 180HP automatic one... plus you gotta change the injectors to work with a P13, or pay extra to get the chipped P28 and a dyno tune, on top of the cams...
If you don't need the car right away... I'd build a legit H23 VTEC. Get an F23 block, custom rods and pistons, H22 head... good for 180-190whp through a stock head easy I think. And if you get light pistons and rods it'll rev to 8K no problem which would go well with the JUN 3's... plus you could piece it together over time, like get a cheap F22A to drive the car with, then an F23 to build up slowly. If I had a garage I'd prob. do that
