yeah my car's rust is pretty bad man...but this seems to be the last of it...i've dealt with all the other trouble spots...i think

actually the rust fund is now up to $5.27CAD!...found a twoonie lodged behind a rear seatbelt bolt.

I might be making a fiberglass driver's floor only....
all the other areas seem to be fine....
that or get a steel tray tack welded on and then rivet like a mofo and do some major chemical welding



I was thinking....once this is all welded on....should I put back the carpet?...does it reduce NVH that much?

lol...........I always knew there was a rusted hole there....but I wasn't ready for this

body shops want too much to weld on a new floor...I got one estimate @ $800CAD.

Since the structural steel is still in very good condition, Im just going to rivet a 14GA sheetmetal stock over everything, then seal it all up. That should last atleast another three years

plan: to integrate the entire assembly into the 1pcers....anyone have some OEM headlights laying around....my 1pcers are going to be out of commission for a while ...

this will probably be the most involving project yet...no wait...the rusted floor would be
