i didnt get any pictures, but i took my subs and box out of the trunk for two purposes. first and foremost, the box was coming apart, so i screwed it back together and 'glassed the joints from the inside, and secondly, i have to move all my stuff home this week, and a fiberglass box taking up almost my entire trunk doesnt allow this.

also, i have been balttling a leak somewhere in my trunk. it got so bad that the water was sloshing forward and soaking my back seat and carpet. i ended up just removing one of the drain plugs and that has helped out a lot, but i want it fixed. does anyone have a clue as to what is causing this? i'm thinking the trunk seal, but IDK.

well i know that my trunk leak was caused by the lack of metal in my rear fenders. haha... the rust was causing so many problems, but shouldnt be a problem any more.

i might have to check on that, i just noticed a bubling on the quarter just in front of the taillight filler panel. damn the oxidation reaction of steel that is propogated by water! (i just went through a material science class that delt with, among other things, oxidation. fuck that shit!)

i have a show coming up this weekend, and i have been doing a LOT in the past week to get some more done on my car. first i made some eyelids and did a little work on the grill, then i made a molded guage cluster on top of the steering colum cover, i re-upholstered the headliner and pillars (again) and left the mirror and visors off for a cleaner look, and lastly i shaved the trunk emblems and antenna. I am currently working on a new shift boot using the same black and blue ultrasuede as i used other places in the car.

however, i am using this as a teaser, and no pics will be added until after the show!
