        Hopefully you can treat the seats (besides the drivers and top of the back seats which needs more work) with something like this:

        Nice gift overall! That's the 1st USDM CB7 with ABS and the F22A6. Wasn't there factory black mats available for this car? If so, tough find, but that would keep the look stock (which it deserves to be kept clean). Maybe some USDM '90/'91 fogs too.

                Thanks... it took me and my friend a while to get it... I was originally driving, but he couldnt manage to get the picture just right. So I had him drive it and that is what I got!

                I'm still having trouble trying to figure out what I want to do with it.. as of right now, I'm gonna get the leather fixed, rust fixed, and some fog lights...

                    Went to get an estimate on the leather today... The guy there said the leather was kinda brittle, so he wouldnt be able to just replace the bad parts, because he would end up ripping other parts when taking it off. So, replacing the two front seats and rear bench would be $1100... so, I'll be waiting on that...

                            check out katzkin they sell awesome leather stuff and you can do it yourself, that and it is specific to your application so no cutting and messin it up good luck, that and you can get you rear seats as well
