yea still does the same shiet, i talked to carlos and it might be the water pump or the fan. im gonna add anther pusher fan behind the IC for the radiator and if it doesnt solve it, its for sure its the water pump

Its weird lee...drive drive..cruise..wot...wot..drive..cruise..stop..its fine..then..out of no were on a stop and go..it'll start 2 overheat..I had him check if he was burning the coolant= headgasket issue..and nothing..he hasn't needed to add water since he swapped to the new dual core.. so its definetly not the headgasket..he has tried several different fans..14"..(didn't push a lot of cfm)..swapped to a stronger 12"..still same..I'm pointing the finger at the pump..big time..its an oreily joint..and I wonder if the fins are contoured the same way as the oem unit..

It makes sense..if the knock off water pump..can't flow as much as the stocker can..then the coolant can't get into and thru the radiator for cooling fast enough..= his overheating while stop/go..and why it doesn't do it while cruising...the incoming ram air aids the rad..preventing the overheat..hell he had the ac on at one point on the highway..and the temp was cool as winter..

Sadly..if that's the case(the pump being the problem). Then its not gonna get fixed till ken(deltacam) and I have a little chat .

i had a lifetime warranty for the water pump from oriely and when i had the new block i went ahead and swaped it with the new one. Well im adding another 12" or 10" behind the radiator = 2 fans for the radiator and if it doesnt solve it i will be buying oem honda waterpump after that.

IMO if you use two fans like that it causes more of a restriction. Just me though. Might work jus as fine but I think it would be more of a restriction when your cruising.

well all i can do is trial and errors right now so ill see.

heres the dyno run for today, 1st run at 10psi then up the boost to 13psi the 2nd run = clutch slippage = fail lol but im happy where im at right now.
