vancouver totally skipped fall...went from rockin shorts and a wife beater to wearing sweaters with jackets overtop in a period of a week.

every year they say "were gonna have the worst winter we've had in 10 years" and every year its wrong...so bring it winter! lets see what you got!

only downside is that i work outside for the dept of water so most days i end up soaking wet from leaking underground pipes that shit gets you cold as fuck!!

Why is that? I appeciate the creeper gear on slick surfaces

The weather's so schizo in Colorado, our snow never sticks around. We got a decent fall over the past couple days and it's just about gone already. Nothing huge has happened since I think '04 when a blizzard pretty much shut down my hole area. After this past hot summer, people are worried it might happen again.

I just find you have better control over the engine/tranny with a stick, especially if you're stuck, or for taking off.

I've driven an auto CB through 2 winters. I just hate automatics to begin with, so I'm not even going to continue the argument.

I laughed hard at this, I'll bet we can fabricate a plow attachment though!

Oh, no argument intended I was just curious. Different people are going to have different preferences, it's all good.
