I just read ur whole MRT and i just gotta tell ya I LOVE ur car man!

I was totally blown away that your lower than stock compression block made so much power! I wanted to hit 160whp using 10.5:1's and a stage 2 cam, i guess i wont even have to use the pistons to see that

Is there any other header ud recommend vs a Bisi? I really like Bisi, but dont want to use their header... I doubt my A4 header is gonna cut the cheese for a stage 2 cam.

      Got in the velocity stack.

And as far as headers I'd use the megan racing header. To me its a better bang per dollar than the dc sports. Then just weld a 2-1 vibrant collector and it should be more than enough for your goals.

thanks man, is there any difference between an A4 header w/ a 2-1 collector welded on and the megan one with the same collector welded on it?

nice filter BTW, ive always wanted one like that with the V stack inside

Megan racing is stepped and has larger primaries.

A4 factory header used compression bends as opposed to mandrel too.

Did you buy the custom f22 hytech replica header to compare with the bisi header or did you think you maxed out what the bisi header can do for you?

the bisi header makes good power up top but it suffers in the mid-range and this car is a DD. im going back to a 4-2-1 design to regain power where i spend the most time at. the hytech replica should do that for me without sacrificing too much up top. here are some pics of my old header to show what i mean about the collector mod with the vibrant 2-1 merge.

awsome pics man that helped even more!
Is there a reason u use only "Vibrant" parts? because $87 for a collector is crazy pricey since i then have to have it done at a shop

merge collectors that are full stainless cost money. vibrant is best quality part for reasonable prices. ive used burns and they are just as good as burns but cost nearly half.

Okay, well guess vibrant it'll be then.
what do you think of a 3" exhaust? is that too large for my application?

btw those welds on that collector are really nice, did you do it?

i had my friend john weld it and including buying the header and modding the lower section it was about $150.

So you are getting a hytech h22 and putting a F22 flange on it? i've talked about such before going to love to see the numbers and most of all a video.
