Pull ups are with palms in, and chin ups are with palms out.

It doesn't count unless you go all the way down with arms fully extended on every rep.

I just started doing these a couple weeks ago, it was barely 4 chin ups then, I did 6.5 yesturday. I'm 6'5" tall, 200lbs

I made this bar and installed on my balcony..

Yea this is right. A lot of my friends that say they can do 15-20 cheat cause for one thing, they don't go all the way down, nor do they actually get their chin on top of the bar...when I tell them, they do like 4 or 5 at the most lol. I can do like 5-6 perfect ones buts thats about it
        Yeah, Preludes

I can do Zero, and im 5'6 250 pounds, according to my doctor's im obese, but I feel like a light weight and I can still see/feel my penier, unlike some fat ppl out there.

Even as a kid in gym I could never do it, there was a girl named Kim Vy who always used to beat the boys. She also had a odor.

yeah i like to use the "perfect pull up" the one that locks onto your door at home, but i dont seem to be able to do as many with that compared to one at the gym

I couldnt tell ya. Probably 0, lol. I havent done, nor tried to do, pull-ups or chin-ups in a long time. Last time was probably back in highschool. About 10 years ago.

About that much. Although that was when I was actually working out regularly..two years ago..and Ive barely done anything since. 150lbs isnt hard to pull up, though.

Really? I think I heard the opposite before.

In that case, pull ups are much easier!
