BMW is not my style really. M3 would be nice though!

Be weary of turbo maintenance on those Volvos...

IDK about your area, but there's no reason you couldn't have an 0607 MazdaSpeed6 with 75k for that price. AWD, manual, import. You'll still be getting relatively good mileage and if you wanted to mod, Cobb Tuning does all kinds of things for Mazda.

I had a Speed 6. Very nice car, comfortable, quick, not too many issues, and the AWD is very good.

          This was mine.

Got rid of it in 2011 for the STi.

My first suggestion was going to be an Evo....but Evo VIIIs are generally going to be beat on.

Plus, then you have to deal with this:

Fit/finish akin to my Mom's old 1991 Ford Escort Wagon.

Yeah, only the Mazdaspeed6 is AWD.
I actually wasn't aware the 3 (or whatever they call it elsewhere) was available in AWD anywhere!. Now I kinda want one...

And ditto on the Evo. As much as I don't care for Subaru interiors, they're the picture of luxury and quality when compared to the Evo interior!
Mitsubishi put good seats and a killer powertrain into an otherwise shitty little car.

What are you using the car for by the way.

You have your budget, AWD and stick shift.

But what do you want from the car? Every platform that's been brought up is pretty different from one another.

How about a Jeep Wrangler? I've always wanted one so that i could drive down the street with no doors on.

I looked at a vr-4. Really nice car but too old for what I was try ing for...

I appreciate everyone's input, even though I know I didn't follow it. But I couldn't pass this thing up, and I remembered for the longest time how I've wanted a 5th gen prelude.

I know its not awd but I needed a car

60% of customers who walk into a Dealership buy something other than what they originally said they had to have. In the private market that number is slightly higher.
