    ticket??

    okay today i was going down this little highway where u can do 40mph.. so my father said something to me and pissed me off.... so i started speeding and cutting people off.. then this car where there was 2 chicks in it..which it was a benz..... as much as i step on the gas she wouldn't let me cut off being we was side by side.. so i downshifted a gear.. then upshifted back.. and floored it next thing u know i smoked her.. i managed to get into her lane after she constantly beeped at me... then once i got in her lane.. she switch to the other lane.. and came side by side with me.. then she showed me her badge and said i'll be sending you a ticket in the mail... can she really do that? wow i was shocked and so devesated..


    everysince maple told me hes gettin a acaradia pearl cb i had nothing but bad luck all this week..



    My question is how is she going about sending me a ticket.. if all she has is my plate number i think.. do u think she'll type my plate number in the computer and do a run on me.. and then mail me out a ticket.. WAS she bullshitting me and trying to intimidate me?

    worst thing about it is that my father was with me.. so damn u know i fucked up big time...


    so now my father and mother are talking about selling my car once the ticket comes they said this is just the beginning this is when accident starts to happen.. i end up dying blah blah... so they said they wanted to deter it early... i guess goodbye for me.. being i have no job.. i didn;t want to insurance the cb right away but whatever.. anyone local interested in buying.. look up my cb7 name in post your ride area.. my father is letting it go for 1500.00 and i met with sumbody that lives in providence that will bang out the rust and the dent on my fender for 170.00 he does good work..

      Fuckin bs. Stupid ass chick probably flashed you her penis remnants from her sex change operation. It only looked like a badge. She showed it to you, while both of you were driving on a highway going 40 mph, and said she will send you a ticket? lol. I doubt anything will happen. In NYC, if the officer failed to fill in anything on the ticket form, like the make of the vehicle or name of the driver, the ticket is voided.

        its called reckless driving and "showmanship" those were the terms given to me when i peeled out at a light before. if she is a cop she can give you a ticket using your plates and if she finds out that you arent insured theyll be taking the car and looking at suspending your lisence depending on where you live.

          yep i managed to cut her after 2nd attempt.. don;t u think she has my rear plate number and she can look it up and just get all my info and send me my ticket.. she did look legit.. and look like she was off duty..

            Can they really do this? I say plead not guilty. Officers cannot give tickets unless they are in full uniform, at least in NYC I think it is that way. Plead not guilty to the ticket and claim she's just some sour puss mad b/c she got cut off.


            EDIT: ALL u did was change lanes.

            When you said you peeled out at a light, did u mean u held the hand brake or neutral dropped? They can prolly give u a ticket for that, but my car peels out alittle when i floor it at a light, and i'd fight any ticket i get for that.

              people who arent even cops can place you under "citizens arrest" what makes you think an "off duty cop" cant give you a ticket?...dayam..ive you are so scared turn yourself in...if not just let the ticket come and pay the damn thing..no big deal...dont sweat the small stuff..and tell your parents that a car is supposed to help you develop a sense of independence. without a car youll be stuck asking them for rides and im sure they dont want to be chauffering (sp) you all around town....

                never got a ticket..got a verbal warning..but im saying thats what they informed me they could cite me for.

                EDIT: forgot to answer the first part. it was just your normal peel out..no ebrake just rev and pop. but i didnt even rev over like 2500 i just over compensated for the hill.

                    ya if she was a true cop and she got ur plate number then when she types that into her cpu its brings up all ur info and she can do that so im guess she is probably right
                    But then agn she at the same time did not flash her lights and pull you over and explain to you what you did wrong and i believe that is one of ur rights to know what u are being accused of but iono ill ask a cop

                      *IF* you get a ticket, I'm sure you could easily fight it and get out of it. If you go to court, she will have no proof other than word of mouth to get you. I honestly think she was just trying to scare you and was pissed you cut her off. Anyone can have a fake badge and pull that stuff.

                        Tell her to suck your fuckin dick have your father hold the wheel and pull out on her and then scream at her now you assume the position bitch. I was driving on the highway and there was this dude in a crownvic all bullshit with like three other people in the car. I was driving normally he wanted to drive like an asshole so i went past him but he cut me off i was cool about it so then i cut him off then cut back in front of him.

                        He then wanted me to let him back in the lane i blocked him off and he couldnt pass by because there was a trailer in front of him and a person behind me so he had to wait. So i kept goin about my business and whatnot chillin he then sped up to me and then flashed his badge i sped up just to fuck with him he was on my ass then i stopped real hard on the brakes just to mess with him then cut him off again then got off on my exit.

                              Dude it sounds like BS to me, if she's gonna give you a ticket she needs to pull you over. Guess what? When the ticket shows up shred that motherfucker and say it never came, if she wants to give you a ticket she shoulda pulled you over. And about the car, tell your parents if you can't develop a sense if independence, you'll live at home with them until you're like 35. I'm sure they'll change their minds. I suggest you don't drive with anyone if you can help it. Having a passenger I know automatically makes me more reckless.
